Defective or damaged on arrival

If your sauna arrives defective or damaged, contact Game Table Direct within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We will work with Orivon Wellness to resolve the claim — options may include repair, replacement parts, or full replacement.

Approved refunds for verified defective products may take up to 30 days to process per Orivon Wellness policy.
