The Elementi Plus Pacaya is a 43-inch round gas fire table in handcrafted GFRC concrete — built for patios where design matters as much as heat. A concealed compartment hides a standard 20 lb propane tank so the silhouette stays sculptural, not utilitarian.

The 2026 Elementi Plus upgrade pushes output to 60,000 BTUs with an improved burner system — more warmth across the seating area than earlier Pacaya listings that referenced lower BTU figures. Push-button spark ignition, adjustable flame, and a wide tabletop ledge give you a true outdoor centerpiece for conversation, drinks, and cool-evening entertaining.

Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to Elementi and Modeno products purchased from Game Table Direct within the United States.

Returns — general

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be new, unused, unopened, and undamaged, in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, hardware, labels, and tags (including lava rock, covers, and included components).
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
• Products that are assembled, installed, modified, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible unless we approve an exception.
• Once approved, ship or make the item available for pickup within 5 business days.

How to start a return

1. Email or call us within 30 days with your order number, SKU, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
2. If approved, we send return instructions and, when applicable, a freight BOL or FedEx prepaid label.
3. Repack securely in original packaging. Improper packaging may reduce or deny credit if damage occurs in transit.
4. LTL freight: we coordinate pickup when applicable. Parcel: drop off at FedEx using our label.

Fees

Change of mind (non-defective): 25% restocking fee; original outbound shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is your responsibility unless we state otherwise.

Defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost shipments: No restocking fee. We arrange return shipping when required. Notify us of visible damage within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product, all packaging, and the exterior box/crate (keep all packaging until the claim is resolved).

Other situations

• Wrong item shipped: we arrange return at our expense and ship the correct product.
• Lost shipment: after the carrier completes its investigation, we will replace the product or issue a full refund.
• Cancellation before shipment: full refund. After shipment: standard return process applies.
• Exchanges: we do not exchange in one step — return the original item (per approval), then place a new order.

Refunds

We inspect returns within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds post within 10 business days after inspection to your original payment method (your bank may take additional time to show the credit).

Not returnable

• Clearance or discontinued items
• Special or custom orders
• Items without original packaging
• Damage from misuse, improper installation, neglect, modification, or abuse
• Requests after the 30-day window

Warranty

1-year limited warranty (manufacturer) — Elementi/Ocean Rock USA warranty terms apply to defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, per the documentation included with your unit and Elementi’s current dealer warranty policy.

What's typically covered

• Manufacturing defects in GFRC body, burner, and ignition components when installed and operated per the owner manual
• Claims evaluated with proof of purchase and serial/model identification

What's typically not covered

• Normal wear, weathering, and cosmetic aging of concrete finishes
• Damage from improper installation, incorrect fuel hookup, or failure to follow clearance and surface requirements
• Commercial use unless authorized in writing by the manufacturer
• Acts of nature, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or use of non-approved parts

How to file a claim

Contact Game Table Direct at support@gametabledirect.com or 844-966-2407 with your order number, SKU/finish, date of delivery, photos or video of the issue, and a brief description. We coordinate with Elementi as your authorized dealer. Remedies may include parts, repair, or replacement at the manufacturer’s discretion.

Keep your owner manual and proof of purchase. Warranty period and exclusions are governed by Elementi’s official policy — request the current warranty document from your order confirmation pack if needed.
